Job Title : Field Leader, Paint

Location : Sturbridge, MA (Central Massachusetts)

Compensation :

• Full-time, hourly position, non-exempt
• $28-$35 per hour, dependent on experience
• This position is benefits eligible; 2 weeks PTO
• Company vehicle

Job Summary

Field Leader will manage multiple projects at a given time. Field Leaders are expected to positively represent the company at all times. They are responsible for ensuring the full scope of work from project management to safety to painting is completed within the customer's timeframe and budget. In addition, Field Leaders provide overall supervision and coaching to Foreman and painters in order to effectively carry out customer service and paint-related duties in a professional manner. (Field Leaders will train, mentor and ensure employees know how to use our current technologies.)
