Job Title : CT Technologist Profession : Radiology / Cardiology Specialty : CT Tech Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Experience : At least 1 year of CT tech experience License : State licensed Certifications : BLS, ARRT certifications required; Advanced ARRT certification preferred Must-Have : - Experience with Siemens and Epic charting - Strong communication skills - Ability to work under pressure Description : We are looking for an experienced CT Technologist to join our team in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The facility is a Level I trauma center and serves a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities include performing CT scans (abdomen, pelvis, chest, head / neck, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion). Candidates must operate CT equipment and ensure high-quality images. Supporting patient comfort and safety during procedures is essential. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory guidelines are required. Participation in the on-call rotation is necessary, occurring once every 6-10 weeks. Candidates should be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties. Experience in an inpatient emergency room and working with trauma patients is preferred. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong patient interaction skills and be adept in handling emergency situations. Experience with charting in Epic is a requirement.
