Senior Onboarding Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Engineer to enhance user onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build internal tooling and scalable solutions for user interactions with the platform

Design and implement user onboarding experiences from first login through setup and activation

Collaborate with Design and Product teams to create intuitive user flows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) tree

Proficiency in promise-based JavaScript for asynchronous operations

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Customer Success

Experience working on onboarding or lifecycle features is a plus, but not required
