Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Generalist (Level 3) to lead key HR functions and initiatives for our clients. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can serve as a strategic advisor to our clients across sectors, manage employee relations, drive HR compliance, and implement policies that align with business objectives. The ideal individual will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in HR, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning efforts

Develop and execute HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Oversee and refine onboarding, training, and professional development programs

Serve as a key advisor on employee relations issues and conflict resolution

Manage compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements

Evaluate and enhance compensation, benefits, and performance management

programs

Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for organizational improvements

Mentor and guide junior HR team members

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred)

Five (5)+ years of HR experience, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices

Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration

Proven ability to manage and lead HR initiatives

Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions, and consistently adhere to company policies and industry best practices

Aptitude to professionally engage with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring that all communications are clear, respectful, and solution-oriented

Exhibit a strong work ethic, taking responsibility for assigned tasks

Consistent delivery of high-quality results in a timely and professional manner

Security Clearance Requirement

An active security clearance may be required for this role.
