Litigation Attorney - Intellectual Property (Menlo Park or San Fran)

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an IP Litigation Associate with our top tier global law firm client.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience managing cases and experience with Markman hearings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions.

Must have had prior experience managing junior Associates.

CA bar is required and an undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
