Job Overview – Pediatrics Physician :

Elevate your healthcare career with our client as a Pediatrics Physician in Newark, NJ! This role involves providing health services to individuals from birth through adolescence under the guidelines established by the American Board of Pediatrics. The position requires flexibility with travel across multiple locations.

Compensation : $170,000 - $190,000 / year

Location : Newark, NJ (Must Travel to Multiple Locations)

Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday

Responsibilities as the Pediatrics Physician :

• Primary Care : Provide primary and preventative health services to individuals under 18.
• Case Histories : Prepare and review case histories, obtaining data through patient interviews.
• On-Call Participation : Participate in the provider on-call schedule.
• Office Procedures : Perform office-based procedures and educate patients on their importance.
• Medical Records : Maintain accurate and legible medical records in compliance with company policies.
• Medication and Therapy : Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and preventative care.
• Policy Development : Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
• Invoice Collection : Collect in-patient invoices and submit them to the CMO’s office timely.
• Collaboration : Work with the State of New Jersey, Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Youth and Family Services to ensure child well-being.
