Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) fluent in Mandarin and / or Cantonese to provide high-quality, patient-centered care through in-home visits in the New York Metro Area. The Rendr@Home Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health services to a diverse patient population, with a focus on serving Mandarin and / or Cantonese speaking communities. This role requires excellent clinical expertise, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
