We’re seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and troubleshooting support to both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of client inquiries, research issues, and deliver clear, accurate solutions related to company products and services. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact through problem-solving, collaboration, and client care.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming client and internal inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot product and service issues, research resolutions, and guide users through solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and track tasks using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client challenges.
  • Provide clear communication, empathetic support, and a high level of accuracy in all interactions.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or client support experience , preferably in a fast-paced or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay organized.
  • Experience using CRM systems or ticket-tracking software.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly.
