• 6 Days On / 8 Days off! Exciting General Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity at WVU Medicine – Join a Growing Academic Practice!
• The Department of Diagnostic Radiology at West Virginia University School of Medicine is seeking well-rounded, diagnostic radiologists (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) to join our rapidly expanding academic imaging team. The academic practice has a long-standing, collegial relationship with the nearby Veterans Administration hospital and the primary responsibility of the successful applicant will be to provide general diagnostic imaging coverage for this site.
• No call or evenings required!
• 6-day clinical work week (M-F 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM).
• 8 days off following each week of coverage!
• Leadership opportunities in a growing academic department with a rapidly expanding community radiology coverage.
• Highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

• Active involvement in the diagnostic radiology residency program by teaching residents and medical students.
• Practice Highlights :
• Engaging community radiology work with diverse and academically stimulating case mix.
• Reasonable daily imaging volumes of 80-120 total cases (30-40 CTs / MRIs).
• Work with a dedicated team of fellowship-trained radiologists, nurses, and specialized technologists to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
• No IR procedures, PET / nuclear medicine, or mammography required for this opportunity.

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent), board certified / eligible in Radiology.
