Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Opportunity-Sanford Health Tracy, MN

Sanford Tracy Medical Center is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our rural health clinic and 25-bed critical access hospital system.

Tracy Clinic currently employs 2.5 mid-level providers

Call responsibilities would include one day / week and one weekend / month and include Emergency Room Call, which be done by phone

Back up call for the mid-level providers

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
