• Day shifts 7am - 7pm, night shifts 7pm - 7am or 6pm - 6am
• Patient census ranges 13 - 17 with 1 - 8 daily admissions
• Multiple hospital sites with varying ICU coverage models
• Closed ICU at most sites, open ICU coverage at select locations
• Hospitalists run codes, no procedures required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Ongoing coverage needs extending into 2026
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
