Shift : Monday – Thursday, 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm and Friday, 7 : 30 am – 12 : 00 pm (80 hours per pay period)
Job ID : 175536
Sign‑On Bonus : $5,000 – $10,000, depending on license

Provide outstanding patient care and neurological‑focused assessments

Triage patient concerns and guide urgent situations

Assist with clinic procedures (wound care, suture / staple removal, dressing changes)

Support pre‑ and post‑operative education to empower patients and families

Coordinate imaging, referrals, surgical prep, and follow‑up care

Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth clinic flow

Qualifications

Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RNs must obtain a BSN within 12 years of hire)

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program

Certifications / Licensure

Active RN or LPN license issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing

CMA certification preferred

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three months of hire

Experience

Clinical experience preferred; neurosurgery or neuro background is a plus but not required
