Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be part of the Legal and Strategic Partnerships department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Drafting and negotiating complex professional service agreements with strategic partners and vendors

Managing a wide variety of third-party relationships to support business strategies and technology initiatives

Providing consultative support to senior management on legal, compliance, and financial issues

Negotiating, closing, and managing arrangements to secure technology and product / service needs

Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing financial and legal risks

What's Needed?

8+ years of experience in contract management or related roles

At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex SaaS agreements

Strong understanding of legal, compliance, and financial considerations in contracts

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and build effective cross-functional teams
