As NASA's largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Master Scheduler - NASA / JSC Flight Projects to join the team with Barrios, a teammate company that will lead the development and management of integrated projects schedules supporting NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) flight programs. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project execution or test operations, especially within the NASA / JSC environment-and deep expertise in Microsoft Project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns.
• Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure alignment with NASA / JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes.

Essential Functions :

Work Environment : Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.

Physical Requirements : Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Equipment and Machines : Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).

Attendance : Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
