Position Overview : Term : 6 months   Location : Irwindale, CA 91702   Pay : $40.00 - $45.00; commensurate with experience   Hours : 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm   This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations, as well as conducting additional reporting. This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers, submitting eligible customers to a third-party supplier for enrollment, and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders. The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers, maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g., number of customers, MW enrolled, benefiters vs. non-benefiters), and tracking billing status. This role will also manage manual customer payments and facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties. • Experience with customer programs and billing in a utility or similarly regulated environment
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience using advanced analytical tools such SAS, Power BI or other similar tools.
• Experience working with budgets.
• Experience creating and using pivot tables, charts, and graphs and the ability to work with larger datasets (e.g., containing data for several hundred thousand accounts).
• Proficiency identifying trends in complex data and arriving at solutions rooted in information
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrates strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning
