We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager at the Assistant Director level to join our EY Americas Industry Group team. The successful candidate will develop and implement internal communications and engagement strategies for the TMT Industry Group, covering Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and proven experience managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities Create, develop, and manage scope and schedule for internal communications projects of moderate to high complexity. Plan and assign resources, manage tasks based on project plans, and collaborate with leadership to communicate strategic objectives and initiatives. Use insight and creativity to influence stakeholders and consider innovative solutions. Anticipate project ramifications and present alternatives when obstacles occur. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and managing expectations. Ability to craft targeted, impactful internal communications across various channels (webcasts, videos, newsletters, meetings, presentations, emails, intranet). Understanding of environmental factors affecting the firm and markets. Excellent written and oral communication, including presentation skills, with attentive listening and interpretation abilities. Proven teamwork and leadership, with experience in cross-team collaboration and sharing best practices. Minimum Qualifications Eight+ years in communications, branding, or marketing. Project management and internal communication experience. Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and interpretation abilities. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences. Leadership skills with a focus on team development. Poise and confidence in interacting with leadership at all levels. Strong project and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Skills in using tools to measure communication impact. Ability to analyze data to advise leadership and evolve communication strategies. Recognition as a knowledgeable communications professional within and outside the organization.
