Job Summary
Fast, fun, and friendly are the main characteristics of this position. Checking in guests during peak hours, showing that classic customer service smile, and always having fun with this awesome team is what we want from you. We want to help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as we possibly can. If you are a people kind of person, then we want you for this position.
Shifts are mostly 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Occasionally, shifts will be 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Shifts are mostly Mon - Fri. Occasionally, shifts will be Sat - Sun. Shifts will be scheduled to meet business needs and time off requests of team members. The information above is to help candidates understand generally what times and days this position covers.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in a courteous manner and that all front desk standards / safety protocols are being followed.
- Address all guest requests and concerns. Ensure follow up is complete and the guest has been taken care of.
- Assist in the daily housekeeping and maintenance to achieve optimal levels of services while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
- Supervise the daily front desk activities to ensure that the arrival, departures, and all other duties are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Qualifications :
- Highly organized.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
