Locums - Johnson City, Tennessee ENT Physician (Willing to License - IMLC Accepted) Position OverviewStart Date : February 9, 2026Location : Johnson City, TennesseeFacility Type : Acute Care HospitalTrauma Level : Adult I-IVSetting : Operating Room support for the Neurosurgery DepartmentReason for Need : Additional neurosurgical coverage support Schedule and CoverageCoverage Needed : One day per month (with potential to increase)Call : NoneShift Details : Day coverage; exact start and end times TBDPatient Volume : Approximately three to four cases per monthPatient Population : Adults Practice EnvironmentSupport Staff : APPs on serviceDepartment : NeurosurgeryEMR : Epic Procedural ScopeThis role focuses on providing ENT support for neurosurgical cases.Duties include :

• Endoscopic trans-sphenoidal access for pituitary cases

Sinus surgery for CSF leaks

Opening and closure for translabyrinthine craniotomy

Assisting with anterior cervical spine approaches in patients with prior neck surgery, cancer, or radiation

Providers considered include ENT specialists, rhinologists, or neurologist-fellow-trained physicians experienced in the above cases. General ENT physicians with appropriate procedural experience are also encouraged to apply.
