EPAM is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth with clients on the West Coast by developing compelling, market-relevant pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to position EPAM’s high-impact, end-to-end (E2E) capabilities across digital and physical product and experience domains, foster collaboration across internal teams, and deliver thought leadership that resonates with clients and prospects. This role calls for strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to confidently and eloquently represent EPAM’s capabilities.
This is a hybrid position with 25–50% travel required within North America. There is a requirement for this business development professional to be located on the West Coast.

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
Salary range : $135,000 - $165,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
