Hibbs Electromechanical is seeking Field Service Technicians Level 1 and 2 to join our skilled team in Madisonville, KY. Looking for entry-level professionals with a mechanical aptitude and the desire to develop into future leaders.

Not required but experience and knowledge of subject matter is a plus :

• electric motor change out
• bearing, pumps, fans and mechanical background
• millwright skills
• industrial / commercial electrical knowledge
• drives / controls / automation experience
• generator service / repair experience, etc.

Qualified applicants will be customer orientated, willing to work various hours and travel overnight.

Pay during travel : From the time you get in the truck, all hours spent on the road traveling to job sites are paid at your full pay rate. No per diems or reimbursements, Hibbs just fully pays for all travel and travel expenses up front. Hibbs also gets an individual hotel room for each employee and will cover all your meals.

Competitive pay : Field Service Techs have 2 pay rates. Shop and travel time paid on Plant Rate and Field work paid at a higher rate.

Level 1 Tech : approx. $16 / Plant and $19 / Field Rate

Level 2 Tech : approx. $19 / Plant and $21 / Field Rate
