A mission-oriented, independently operated health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in Trafalgar, IN 25 minutes south of Indianapolis

Benefits : Family Medicine Physician

Base salary $225k-$235k + productivity bonus most providers make over $300k

STD / LTD / Life Insurance Employer Paid

Over 6 weeks of time off per year 4 weeks PTO, 8 holidays, and 5 CME days

$3,500 for CME

$25,000 sign on bonus paid on receipt of signed contract

Relocation assistance

Professional Expenses Paid : IN license & controlled substance license, DEA, hospital staff dues, managed care fees

About this role : Family Medicine Physician

Position is open due to a retiring physician

4 Day workweek possible

20-24 patients per day average

Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 IM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)

Call : 1 : 12 or better. Backup call to nurse triage service averaging 1 weekday every 2-3 weeks and one weekend every 2-3 months

Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome

Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP / PA academic options.

Background Desired : Family Medicine Physician

MD / DO

BC / BE Family Medicine

IN Licensed or in Process

J1 and H1B accepted

Open to new grads (2024 & 2025)
