Logistics Coordinator

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time in-office position $21.00-$24.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's logistics team. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions related to shipment coordination, issue resolution, and service delivery across domestic and international logistics channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, bookings, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with domestic branches, international branches, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Support project management teams with data collection and documentation for patent trials or other logistics programs.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Assist in training logistics partners on protocol-specific requirements and maintain training documentation.
• Handle freight claims, billing issues, and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
