Location (city, state) : Naperville, IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite : TueThur, 2 days remote : Mon / Fri)

Industry : Food Distribution

Pay : $25 $27 / hour (based on experience)

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and scheduling support to the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills to coordinate interviews and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling (1030 per week) and calendar coordination.
  • Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to confirm interview logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, Dayforce).
  • Support multiple team members with recruiting and administrative projects.
  • Provide white-glove customer service to all internal and external partners.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 23+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
  • Experience with iCIMS, Dayforce, or project management tools preferred.
  • Strong background in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
