District 196 is a state and nationally recognized public school district covering 110 square miles in northern Dakota County Minnesota. District 196 serves approximately 150000 residents including more than 29000 students in Early Childhood programs through grade 12 and approximately 11500 Birth 4 year olds.
Early Childhood Family Services a program of Community Education offers families with children birth through prekindergarten a variety of programs and services including Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Connections Preschool (School Readiness) and Family School (Family Literacy).

RAVE Clerical Association Wage Group V : $21.32 - $23.91 Hourly (based on 2025-26 contract)
