Job Purpose

The Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for implementing standards of care in speech-language pathology services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in the home health and hospice setting.

Qualifications

Completion of 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum.
