PayPal, Inc. seeks Manager, Strategy Development 1 in New York, NY. Job duties include supporting strategic projects core to the strategy of PayPal into the execution phase and facilitating cross-functional discussions as well as communicating with Senior Management. Perform qualitative and quantitative data analytics of consumer surveys, public secondary data (government sources, industry trade associations, and publications), and internal data from 25 countries using data collection, extraction, organizational and analytical tools / methodologies. Draft and launch product surveys to be disseminated across 25 countries, and conduct quantitative analysis to generate insight into market trends and PayPal's market position. Research current product trends in the domestic and global markets. Synthesize data related to the impact of market developments (e.g. : shifting consumer payment preferences). Utilize findings to generate reports for senior business leads articulating their impact to PayPal, with a clear, detailed comparative analysis of PayPal's industry position lines versus its competitors. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum requirements : Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

EOE, including disability / vets. Salary : $109,491-175,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
