Tradeshow Planner

The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) division is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join the team as a Tradeshow Planner. This person will be responsible for planning AD&S participation in high priority industry tradeshows including annual meetings of the Air Force Association and Tailhook Association, as well as international air shows.
What You'll Do :
- Drive AD&S tradeshow planning by working closely with relevant business lines to identify key messages and priority products
- Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams on budgets, booth design, product highlights, and supporting events
- Collaborate with Anduril global teams to plan AD&S participation in international air shows
- Coordinate and support Anduril meetings with senior leaders during tradeshow events
- Partner with Executive Assistant team to coordinate C-Suite attendance, schedules, and participation at industry events
- Collaborate with business lines to update and maintain product materials, such as slick sheets and marketing materials
- Work cross-functionally to align and deconflict product messaging and trade show themes across Anduril divisions
- Manage AD&S tradeshow budget
- Foster a culture of trust, innovation, collaboration, and mission focus
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years professional experienceMinimum of 1 year experience in national security or defense-related rolesPrior experience managing complex schedules, dynamic events, or large meetingsPrior experience supporting strategic communications and message developmentCandidate must be willing to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with the US Air ForceOrganized and detail oriented with a knack for corralling disparate stakeholdersHave high ownership and be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environmentEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearanceUS Salary Range $77,000 - $102,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
