Marketbridge is seeking a Director, Performance Analytics to shape how marketing performance is communicated, defined, and optimized across integrated, multi‐channel B2B marketing programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels in advising clients, translating complex business objectives into actionable insights, and driving impactful conversation around marketing performance. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and business leaders—helping them understand, measure, and optimize the impact of their multi‐channel B2B marketing programs.
As a critical bridge between Demand Strategy, Media, and Client teams, you will establish performance reporting standards, guide optimization strategies, and ensure consistent reporting narratives are delivered. You'll play a critical role in working with clients to understand their campaign goals, objectives, and reporting needs to develop measurement frameworks, validate tracking assumptions, and ensure accurate and timely performance reporting. Measurement frameworks are grounded in a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and how their performance works together to tell a cohesive story—spanning tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense, and Demandbase.

Serve as a senior face to the client, competently, clearly and confidently representing performance analysis of campaigns and programs; Partner with Demand Strategy and Media teams to develop measurement frameworks aligned to campaign and business objectives.
Establish and maintain KPI definitions, performance benchmarks, and baselines.
Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts of key marketing channels to validate tracking assumptions, data availability (and limitations) across platforms / vendors, and infrastructure requirements before campaign launch.
Partner with clients to ensure clarity around reporting needs, strategic priorities, and data availability.
Lead interpretation of campaign performance data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to guide optimization.
Develop and deliver compelling performance narratives, including executive summaries and recommendations.
Partner with Demand Strategy and Media teams to influence tactics based on performance insights.
Represent Performance Analytics in client conversations, campaign planning, and retrospectives.
Manage team assignments by aligning Performance Analytic talent to project and client needs.
8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or performance measurement, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.
~ Proven expertise in multi‐channel marketing performance management (demand generation, ABM, paid media, etc.).
~ Strong knowledge of common KPIs used to measure marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display / retargeting, website etc.
~ Experience reviewing reports and / or extracting and assessing data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6Sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus
~ Working knowledge of Excel, Python and SQL an asset
~ Experience partnering with technical teams on data validation, tracking, and reporting infrastructure.
~ Skilled at interpreting data, identifying insights, and translating them into strategic recommendations.
~ Experience managing teams, balancing project assignments, and fostering talent development.
~ Comfort working cross‐functionally with strategy, media, data, and client service teams.
