Lead Physical Therapist

Texas

Position Highlights

MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM schedule
No routine weekend call; limited inpatient coverage as needed
PT department located in-hospital with a private treatment room
Modern open gym, and outdoor space
Collaborative team environment with strong administrative support
Supportive hospital leadership

Opportunity to lead and shape the PT program
CE and certification reimbursement

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $115,000 base salary

Open to higher pay for exceptional candidates

$7,500 sign-on / relocation bonus

Health insurance, Supplemental coverage, 50% discount on hospital services, $50K life insurance fully covered

4 weeks PTO annually

CE / certification reimbursement

Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs

Qualifications

DPT preferred (Masters or Bachelors accepted)

Must be licensed or license-eligible in Texas

Outpatient & inpatient therapy

Supervisory experience and leadership potential

Strong communication and team collaboration

Inpatient, wound care, and pelvic therapy experience strongly preferred
