Automotive Title Clerk

Join our fast-paced dealership team at Tri County Ford in BUCKNER, Kentucky as an Automotive Title Clerk,  You’ll ensure every vehicle transfer is completed accurately and on time, delivering exceptional service to our internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming vehicle titles daily, following each state’s DMV and agency guidelines
• Reconcile consignor checks to titles and invoices, ensuring all paperwork matches
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or in person with professionalism and a service-first attitude
• Open, log, and track incoming title documents according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot title issues such as odometer discrepancies, powers of attorney, liens, and incomplete documentation
• Match sold titles to corresponding invoices for seamless batch submissions
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company records at all times
• Collaborate with team members during peak sale events and promotions to support volume fluctuations
• Assist with special projects or tasks to uphold optimum service levels

This role is in person at Tri County Ford in Buckner, Kentucky. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
