Job descriptionPortage is located 35 minutes from the state capital of Madison, 90 minutes from Milwaukee, and about three hours from both Chicago and the Twin Cities. Close proximity to Devils Lake and Mirror Lake State parks Small town charm with residential neighborhoods and growing commercial and industrial business sites Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital offers a full continuum of services including cardiac rehab, sleep medicine, and therapies.
Location : Portage, Wisconsin
FTE : 1.0 - Full-time
OPPORTUNITY :
- Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required).
- Average of 15-17 patients / day.
- Outpatient only with 1 : 8 telephone call only.
- Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff).
- Excellent sub-specialty support.
- Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapy.
