Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a leading Elder law firm in Denver is seeking an Associate Attorney to support their busy estate planning practice. The firm, a small boutique with a long-standing presence in Denver, seeks a self-motivated and organized individual who enjoys client interaction and is committed to providing excellent service. The role requires a minimum experience in transactional law and ideally estate planning.

Responsibilities include :

Handle estate administration and probate matters.

Manage guardianship and conservatorship cases.

Represent clients in contested matters requiring courtroom appearances.

Travel to satellite offices to meet clients as needed.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney who would like to find a long term career in estate planning and probate law. • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field; legal background is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the legal sector.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and transactional law practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as case management software, document management systems, and billing software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain well-organized networks.
