Job Duties : Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the strategic plan for Guidon Design’s healthcare practice, ensuring alignment with the firm's overarching goals.
Business Development, Client Engagement, and Thought Leadership
Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and government entities such as the VA and DoD.
Project Leadership
Oversee complex healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Team Management and Mentorship
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the healthcare practice.
Operations and Financial Management
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
