Compensation : Lucrative compensation package with comprehensive benefits include monthly resident stipend, student loan repayment, $30,000 hiring and $20,000 relocation bonus, malpractice (no tail coverage needed), PTO, 8 holidays, profit sharing plan 401a, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, CME allowance and time.
