Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos - Threes Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Twos Threes Teacher , youll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.

What Youll Do

• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each childs development.
• Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
