Job descriptionAbility to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room Be responsible with inventory / supplies / tools Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions Build rapport - create a recurring client base Perform daily procedures / applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care Sign up clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions Ability to engage and retain customers Ability to up-sell products and services
