Duration : Full time position

Traditional Family Medicine practice

Working with all ages of patients (will eventually have your own panel of patients)

Outpatient setting

Brand new clinic w / state of the art facilities (built in the fall of 2023)

Working with 6 MD's and 6 APP's

Ideally seeing 20 patients per day

Monday - Friday (possibility of 4.5 day work week)

8AM - 5PM

Epic EMR

Supportive physicians and staff
