Were seeking a motivated and detail-orientedCommercial Title Officerwithstrong experience in Arizona real estate transactionsto join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and service title files including reviewing and responding to objection letters
• Prepare proforma policies and endorsements
• Communicate effectively with Escrow Officers clients and surveyors
• Review surveys recordings and issue final policies
• Attend client meetings and assist with client or attorney inquiries
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
• Participate in underwriting seminarsor meetings and maintain positive relationships withunderwriters
• Monitor and share updates on underwriting procedures or statutory changes
• Update Exceptions and Requirements as underwriting rules or laws change.
