Salary range : $130,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience and other qualifications

Emancipet measures quality using the six domains of quality medicine : Safety, Efficacy, Efficiency, Patient-Centeredness, Equity, and Timeliness, and the Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for the quality of medicine practiced at the Dental & Surgical Center, as well as the comfort of all patients. The Lead Veterinarian serves as the professional and compassionate main point of contact for medical questions and concerns for the clients and staff while providing support and training and ensuring fidelity to our systems and standard operating procedures. As a key strategic player in fulfilling the short and long-term goals of Emancipet, the Lead Veterinarian will proactively reach out to and develop professional, friendly, and mutually beneficial relationships with area veterinarians, promoting the clinics and our mission within the veterinary community.
