Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and / or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only : Cannot have any licensure hits

MedSurg 5S - 91

Weekend Requirement : Every-other-weekend. Sat / Sun for both Days / Nights

Holidays : Work in the holiday rotation schedule with perm staff

Scrub Color : Royal Blue

Common diagnosis / Types of patients : CHF, Cardiac cath, CP, pneumonia, chronic renal disease, COPD, Ortho, & Oncology (perm staff will administer chemo)

Additional Notes Manager is open to Traveler requests to work primarily on 6N if requested. She will make every effort to block schedule if requested. Very traveler friendly. If floating to Critical Care, will be assigned med / surg or stepdown type patients.
