120-bed skilled nursing facility with a mix of short-term rehab and long-term care

📅 Role Overview

PRN / As-needed hours—great for supplemental income or flexible scheduling

Treat a diverse skilled nursing caseload including ADLs, self-care, strengthening, cognitive interventions, and functional mobility

Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, and nursing to develop resident-centered care plans

Opportunity for additional PRN shifts at nearby partner facilities (optional)
