About the Opportunity

As a Lead Software Engineer at Pair Team, you will be pivotal in crafting and scaling the tools that drive our care delivery. You’ll oversee the full development cycle of new product features, from the initial concept through to deployment and beyond.

In this role, you will :

• Take ownership of core product initiatives, leading full-stack development using modern web technologies.
• Create scalable, high-performance applications that cater to both clinical and patient experiences.
• Identify and implement enhancements across our platform to improve speed, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.
• Influence architectural decisions that will bolster our expanding team and mission-driven objectives.
