Job Description

Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.

Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.

Complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare through services such as health screenings and chronic condition management.

Perform administrative duties, including opening / closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, and verifying insurance.

Critical Information

This is an in-person, patient-facing role.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM, Saturday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, and Sunday from 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

The position requires working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.

Position is not remote; onsite requirements apply.

Education / Licenses Needed

Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.

State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role is required.
