Role : Workday Absence Consultant Lead Hybrid / Onsite : 100% remoteJob Description : Top 3 Skill Sets : Workday US Absence Management – Hands-on configuration & implementation Workday Configuration Workbook – Review, update, and execute Unit Testing & Troubleshooting – Functional testing of absence processes Required Education / Certification : Workday Absence Certification (Must-have) Required Location & Experience : Remote (US-based only) 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Absence configuration / support Government experience preferred ? What You’ll Be Doing : Drive Workday Absence configuration, testing, and troubleshooting Lead or support functional design sessions and document configurations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align absence processes with business goals Analyze, enhance, and implement improvements to optimize performance ? What You Bring : 2–3+ years of hands-on Workday US Absence Management experience Strong experience with configuration workbooks, unit testing, and support Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment Workday Absence Certification (Required) Prior government project experience a big plus! ?
