What You'll Do :

We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to reinforce the Supply Chain Systems and Governance team. As a Business Analyst you will act as the liaison between the different supply chain functions (Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics) and our solution providers to deploy process capabilities. This Senior / Staff position will be assigned complex and integrated processes (such as MRP, MRO (Spares and distribution), supplier integrations.) and will lead Supply Chain compliance programs to external regulations (FAA, SEC, International trade) and internal requirements. This position will also contribute greatly to the establishment of the business process analysis framework at Archer.

• Partners with process owners, key users, solutions architects, and subject matter experts to collect, understand challenges and opportunities for process improvements and new capabilities requirements.
• Contributes to the strategic capabilities roadmap definition, with a key ability to formulate business cases (cost benefits analysis), prioritize, advocate or comprise
• Leads the functional analysis for supply chain business processes (Sourcing, Purchasing, Demand and Material Planning, Logistics operations). Responsible for requirements elicitation, functional specifications, process modeling (AS IS and TO BE, diagrams, use cases, user stories), validation planning (test case definition), functional testing (qualification
• Assists in deployment of new capabilities (communications, training material, hypercare support)
• Leads the business processes documentation to support the Archer Quality Management Systems and Learning content maintenance

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
