GIS Project Manager

Job Description

Hybrid role - 2 Day per week onsite (Mon / Tues)

A leading organization is seeking a Geospatial Projects Manager to oversee and advance enterprise-level GIS initiatives. This role is ideal for a collaborative, solutions-driven professional who can manage complex implementations, align technical efforts with business needs, and ensure the ongoing optimization of geospatial systems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, coordinate, and execute GIS projects across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Manage implementation, configuration, and administration of Esri enterprise server software and desktop applications.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise geospatial services, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, internal departments, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
• Develop project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to successful delivery.
• Support ongoing upgrades, integrations, migrations, and maintenance of large-scale GIS environments.
• Gather and document requirements, priorities, and use cases from diverse GIS stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members and contributors.
