Senior Financial Analyst

About the role : We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity, SaaS, or Tech startup environments, and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. You’ll play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering strategic financial insights that support key business decisions.

Compensation : $120,000‑$130,000 (OTE)

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to generate insights that guide forecasting, planning, and strategic decision‑making
• Support cash flow forecasting and play a key role in both short‑ and long‑term liquidity planning through data‑driven insights
• Collaborate with Accounting to maintain consistency between budgets, forecasts, and reported financials
• Facilitate operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with cross‑functional teams
• Leverage NetSuite and other transactional systems for reporting, data extraction, and reconciliations that support FP&A deliverables
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical frameworks through continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of FP&A tools and systems
• Lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Foster a collaborative, solutions‑oriented team culture
