Associate Director For Administration, Psaros Center For Financial Markets And Policy

The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy by ensuring the seamless execution of its programs, events, and strategic initiatives. This position provides essential managerial and administrative leadership that supports the Center's commitment to fostering innovative research, thought leadership, and dialogue in global financial markets and policy.
In close collaboration with the Psaros Center team, the Associate Director coordinates logistics for events, travel, and reimbursements; manages schedules and calendars; and provides high-level support for the Founding Director's teaching and research activities. Through these efforts, the Associate Director helps sustain the Center's reputation for excellence and its impact within the McDonough School of Business and the broader financial policy community.
Duties include but are not limited to :
The Associate Director for Administration reports directly to the Founding Director of the Center for Financial Market and Policy and works closely with the Executive Director, the Office of the Dean, Office of Marketing and Communications, Academic Directors, and faculty at McDonough School of Business; and with members of the University staff for example, internally with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Advancement, and UIS; and externally with speakers, sponsors, and advisors to the Center.
This role directly contributes to the University's mission by working with faculty, staff, and students to integrate the mission of the center into MSB in such areas as : student programs; fostering experiential learning, such as student research; identifying candidates for the external Fellows program; and managing the program.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is : $54,616.00 - $100,493.33 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
