Overview

The Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, meet sales targets, maintain high visual and operational standards, and support store performance.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized shopping experiences.
• Maintain in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate and inspire customers and team members.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
