A company is looking for a Head of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee design strategy and execution, creating high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes

Develop and implement a holistic design vision aligned with business objectives and user needs

Manage design resources and foster a user-centric culture through research and usability testing

Required Qualifications

Expertise in Design Leadership and Strategy with a proven track record

Project Management skills, including proficiency in tools like Linear and Notion

Hands-on experience in visual design, UX / UI, and interaction design

Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and mentoring design teams

Advanced understanding of Web3 / Crypto domain and user behaviors
